Belly Dance
Belly dancing is natural to a woman's bone and muscle structure with movements emanating from the torso rather than in the legs and feet. The dance often focuses upon isolating different parts of the body, moving them independently in sensuous patterns, weaving together the entire feminine form. Unlike other belly dance programs, our classes aren't about memorizing routines, but rather celebrating the unique form of the human body. Our progressive system teaches students to dance naturally by developing inner rhythm & personal style and internalizing steps through practice and repetition.

Zumba (Woman and Family classes) Zumba is a patented fitness class format offered through Zumba Fitness that combines Latin dancing with interval and resistance training for a full-body, rhythmic workout.
